    All reservations are done through Airbnb. We will send you a message as soon as we receive the notification from Airbnb.
  • Do you have any discounts or promotions?
    We have discounts for bookings of 7 nights or longer, and we often have promotions in quieter times. All are displayed on AirBnB and we use smart pricing to give you the best value we can.
  • How can I get in touch with my host?
    All communication should be done via Airbnb, but if you would like to contact us directly please call us on contact number provided on this site
  • On the last day, can I leave the cottage later?
    Late check outs may be possible but please request via Airbnb Messaging.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    We have a 'firm' cancellation policy. This means Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before check-in, except in certain cases.
