This characterful cottage has been described often as a 'gem' and comfortably sleeps 4 with a spacious lounge and dining area, a neat, well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom upstairs with views to the hills behind.
There is a super-king bed in the master bedroom (which can be made to twin beds if desired) and in the second bedroom twin beds. Views overlooking the dale. The bathroom is spacious and tasteful with a large walk in shower, heated towel rail and lovely views to the hills behind.
The lounge has two brand new leather sofas, a cosy log burner and feature fireplace and an entertaining area for dining. Alexa and wifi are available and there is a smart TV for entertainment as well as some games provided.
There is a sunroom/porch that opens onto a small patio with outdoor furniture for enjoying the lovely views of Nidderdale with a relaxing beverage.
A walkers paradise, the cottage has trails from the doorstep and is also conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the pretty village of Pateley Bridge. A single parking space is provided for the Cottage for easy and convenient access.
